Very poor considering their company status. Can't even look at flights and the app crashes!!

Worst app ever everytime I select a travel date it’s not working. I have to go through website inside.

How can Cebu have such a frustratingly slow and difficult to manage App when all the algorithms and work has been applied successfully by other airlines.. saving money I expect and they should be ashamed on themselves… still waiting my app to unfreeze … absolute disgrace

Every time you manage a booking it finishes off with a payment button to click and you will end up being charged again or paying for a price of another ticket. Managing a booking can mean updating or amending something like changing your seat for example that you paid for but not paying for another ticket. The app or cebu pacific website should be reviewed and upgraded!

I cant seem to manage my bookings or choose a date for flights on this app.

Must’ve been programmed by a small child. Unusable app 0/5 stars!

Will it never improve

Cons: slow, won’t link to GoRewards and painfully exhaustive customer support. Pros: can’t think of any

App doesn’t recognise that the UK is a country, it also doesn’t allow me to log in to my account, it allows me to put my user name and password but then nothing happens, just a blank page. Seems like a common trait that this app has never, and still doesn’t work

An app that freezes whenever you want to manage your add-ons. Why bother making an app when you do not have the budget for it? How very inconvenient.
