cannot enter email, cannot book!!!

Google sign in often fails After signing in, I can see my booking but not my boarding pass.

I love Cebu Pacific. They are my go to choice for traveling to my home in Palawan. But why does a billion dollar airline infustry give their loyal customers the worst app in the industry? I have never been able to complete a purchase on this app. I always have to switch to their equally poor website in which today took half a day to complete one booking. My heart goes out to all the Cebu pacific employees who work hard, when their corporate entity deserves to all be fired for mass incompetence. This app doesn't even deserve one star.

Checking in still requires to be redirected to the legacy portal, which isn’t in-app and requires me to log in again. No single sign on (SSO) implemented. Also I can’t view my boarding passes in the app. So the “Boarding Pass” tab under “Bookings & Boarding Pass” is pretty much USELESS. Also, no Apple Wallet integration.

The app is slow and buggy and even worse, comparing prices on the app and the web site at the exact same time, the prices were different and it was cheaper to book on the web site.

If you wanna have a terrible booking experience. Try this one! 😂

App runs well enough to be an app but that’s about it. Boarding passes have never worked or at least for the last year and a month have not worked. Times of delays are not posted or shown until way after the event has occurred. Delays of Cebu flights by Cebu Flights are your fault and the staff will tell you condescendingly when they leave you stranded. You’ll be updated about your flight being delayed or boarding occurring 3-4 hours after it has occurred, this has happened for all flights I’ve ever had with Cebu. You can request refunds and show screenshots of everything but they’ll pretend they don’t understand or use a whataboutism to change the direction of the discussion. In short book anyone but Cebu because their app works about as bad as their overall customer service and poorly maintained fleet of jets.

Your application does not let the user input a phone number. I do not have this problem on my android phone. You cannot input a phone number while you’re trying to book a ticket on iPhone.

I fly often. I fly many different airlines, and I fly in Asia often. Most every airlines in every travel app works without fail with the exception of Cebu Pacific. You’re in and you’re out the app is next to useless. They should either fix it to work properly or discontinue it.

I went to Philippines and both my flights were delayed by 2 hours and I missed my flight having to purchase another. Then on my trip back home they also delayed another flight making me miss my 9 hour flight to USA… Then I had to pay another $800usd for another plane. This airline is ridiculous, I will try to avoid it like the plague.
