Cebu Pacific’ app is almost as bad as the airline, and that’s say something. It frequently crashes and is very unstable. Until it improves it should be delisted.

The app is way too slow, keep on crashing, you can’t even finish booking. Or view the available flights.

not all got this oec# you should update this or give option oec for new hires/company change are now claimed or processed within the Philippines in the local DMW offices

The app does not provide any value to travelers’ needs. This airline should look at examples on how other airlines are effectively managing their apps. For now it is useless.

Apps and website is useless, can't manage existing booking in both app and website. Tried chatbox and just the same as pathetic as the app and website. Took 30minutes for an information I can possibly get if logging works. Seriously regretting booking cebu pac!

Cant even search flights

Worst application!!!! Useless.

You put on board flight delayed but the flight is still going in the same time!!! No update in the board and you can’t check in coz gate still close , then after that you will say that the flight and check in is done!????!!!!!??! I paid 9599 and i need the refund!!!
