It’s the worst experience of communication and ordering!! Not recommended.

This is the worst shoppiing experience i have ever had in my life. I bought a balmain tshirt they debited me through my apple pay card and next they denied receiving the money. They put me thru stress of calling my bank and after all said and done they admitted to seeing my money. 3 weeks after paying they are yet to even process my order and next they stopped replying my emails.

Ordered some shoes three weeks ago. They said they don’t ship to my address & cancelled my order. Still haven’t received the refund.

Orders take too long, it has been 12 days and not even a tracking number, I keep receiving the same email again and again…. Thank you for your reply. Once completed, we will ship your order and we will send you an email notification with the tracking number. Thank you once again for your understanding. It’s clearly a scam! In fact, I am more shocked a company like this can call themselves Australian. I ordered a $1500 pair of sunglasses. Needless to say, they never arrived. CS was mediocre at best. Anyhow, this is too high risk for my appetite. Fortunately, my bank will resolve the matter for me.

Took 2 days to process and just to tell me my order will be cancel due to not being able to comfirm auntenticity. This site is NOT IT! DONT DO IT!

I love it ! The shipping time frame can be better to the USA but I def will keep shopping here

I ordered about $350 dollar they are scammers do not believe on them they only give reply and do not do any thing for you and are fruad

Worst customer service ever they don’t have a number and don’t text back with your money do not shop with them they scam
