I placed an order and requested a return after 5 days. A month later, they responded saying I could not return the dress because it was "stained" on the left sleeve. The dress was far too large for me and had all the tags attached, making it impossible for me to have worn it. I explained the situation and even offered to have it professionally cleaned at my own expense and send it back, but they said they no longer accept returns and that the case was closed, instructing me not to contact them further. I was very disappointed with their attitude and strongly advise anyone ordering from this site to take pictures of the product as soon as you receive it. I have also heard from others that they have been accused of the item being "worn or damaged." Be very careful! Taking a month to respond is embarrassing and shows how much respect they have for their customers. Disappointing.

I ordered a pair of D&G sneakers that were too small. I returned the order and chose not to refund my money because I wanted to order another pair in a larger size. Instead of putting the money in my account in the app, they sent my order two weeks later with the same size back. You don't even have anyone to talk to to explain the situation. I will definitely never order from you again or recommend your app!!!

2 times i bought and never delivered, got the money back after 1 week but never delivered my confirmed order, always the same robotic answer that unfortunetly my processed payment couldn’t get through their security check…bla bla. I tried Visa and Revolut but never succeded in getting my order even if the payment went through from my bank. Never again

I did my research before ordering from this app, some reviews were bad and some were good. I ended up buying something and regretting it in an instant, they didn’t want to take my payment with my card, I ended up paying with Apple Pay, I ordered it on 16 November, to this day, after 7 days, the order is still in processing status, I reached out to customer support and they said they’re preparing my order, I’ve never heard a website preparing an order for 7 days!! I don’t even know if I’ll get my item, with the “preparing time” and shipping it’s gonna take half a month to get my parcel( or more, or if I even receive it) I do not recommend, just buy from FARFETCH or Luisaviaroma.

I had a very good experience with my order on Cettire, I ordered a pair of Golden Goose, the delivery was 4 working days. I was also notified on the statuses of the order and also, most important, the product is authentic, checked with the NFC app as instructed on the Golden Goose “passport”.

Worst experience ever! Its a scam site!
