Changi App

I’ve tried to reinstalled 2x now and I can’t get the play game (millionaire) to work. I have so many codes I’ve got/already scanned but the game won’t start! Help!!

When I go into the app, there are just 3 dots on the screen and it doesn’t load.

Seems like the only use of this app is to collect user data. - login experience is poor and constantly logs you out as it is not a native app but a wrapper - the rewards are minuscule to some random shops - map feature is unusable and not up to date (closures in terminal 2 are not there) - cannot use without internet - claims that Changi millionaire code is already in use - machines that were suppose to take orders from the app (whiskey machine) are unusable as “guy who knows the passkey is currently away” - no specials or sales information - support option just creates an email but only if you have Apple mail app

A very good app , takes the panic out of an early check in and waiting for the gates to be announced . A very good app if you’re flying

Can’t launch the app. Even tried reinstalling it, won’t even open.

Certainly not a friendly airport for elderlies and families with small kids. Was promised wheelchair for my mother however after landing in Changi was told to walk more than 500m and then were dropped in front of B1-B5 and told to walk again to the gate. If you can’t provide wheelchair and/or special assistance to the needed then please don’t make false promises. I have an account but just cannot login using this app. I can login on my computer but just not this app no matter how many times I tried and even after changing passwords several times. Also, I want to refer a friend but it doesn’t show how I can do that!

App crashed when I tried accessing the “Account” function/icon after the recently update.
