Changi App

In order to get the Changi point I have to upload the receipt in order to get the point . While uploading the receipt the apps bot Max is useless keep on asking me to login ! I tried it 2-3 times and I gave up . Why make it so difficult ?

Please stop logging out members by default every time. It makes the app highly impractical to use at the last mile, so have completely given up.

The apps is not functioning during critical time when we urgently need to check on the gate number. Not deserve world best airport title at all.

The IU is difficult to navigate, I can never get to the parking page from the home page. I could also never get the parking promo to work.. had to talk to the Changi customer service multiple times but I never end up getting the coupon.

Tried changing my address for so many times. The app just cannot accept the amendment and keep bringing back to my old address. What is wrong with this app.

Hi, can you look into alternative method to verify for liquid account instead of using Singpass? I don’t even know who owns liquid; how can I just hook it with my Singpass? Moreover it is just a debit card

Account membership ecard appears to be buried within the app. Also - chat not whatsapp linkup doesn’t launch whatsapp to chat to an agent. Please address to make this easier to use.

I have keyed in the wrong phone number to link my CapitaStar Account with my Changi Account, and I’m unable to de-link. The error code -1003 can be seen. ‘A server with the specified hostname could not be found.’ Would appreciate if the team is able to fix this issue, and assist to de-link the wrong CapitaStar account. Thanks.

The app is easy to use but the rewards functionality is useless. They even separate the points from current to previous year instead of just continuously accumulating.
