It has a very good network but very poorly designed for different payment options. I am not successful in charging my car via this app as it doesn’t allow different payment methods. It allows only credit cards but again not all European bank credit cards with security authentication can be added. PayPal is not supported in the app. Very sad ☹️

De laadpalen van Allego zijn in België verdwenen uit de app. Wanneer ze in *mijn locaties * staan krijg je wel de plaats te zien op de kaart (het hartje) maar de laadpaal zelf is foetsie, verdwenen!

9 op de 10 keer klopt de status van het laden niet. Ook de sync met de laadpalen is vaak niet correct. Werk aan de winkel!

Impossible de choisir parmi les marques et modèles proposés. Mon véhicule MG EHS plug-in hybride n’y est pas .. c’est seulement pour les 100% on dirait. Choisissez votre pays : …j’habite en Belgique et la Belgique ou le Benelux n’y est pas non plus

Vlotte app maar vermelding gratis klopt zeker niet altijd. Zeker het station ‘uitvouwen’ om de juiste prijs te zien.

My 24 Honda prologue is not listed on the app, and had problems charging the car (oc spectrum plaza) move to another plaza near by and used a dcfc charger and started charging. Some touch screens are burned by the sun and is difficult to read.

I regret I bought a piece of junkthe chargerpoint+. Never connected to wifi. Imposible to use it.

Would give this app 5 if EV ID updated. My new 2024 Honda Prologue is not on list.

$7.00 per kW at a Hilton hotel charging station. Was charged $21 for what should be $1.50. I rented an EV to test out the experience. Car was great. Getting charged 14x the going rate felt like I got taken advantage of. I imagine an EV is in my future. I’ll avoid chargepoint. Why would you make this a negative experience is beyond me. Shame on you

So I have 2 phones a Pixel 8 pro and a iPhone 15 pro max. The Android app works good, but the IPhone app has never really worked for the most part. It rarely ever keeps logged in. The nfc to open a public never works. It always works on my android. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. It log you out just as you log in which makes no sense. It’s really delayed in liking for a charging spot too. It’s just not good at all. Please improve as most people only have one phone and this probably eliminates majority of your customers to use your system.
