Apple Wallet card doent work in Europe

My 24 Honda prologue is not listed on the app, and had problems charging the car (oc spectrum plaza) move to another plaza near by and used a dcfc charger and started charging. Some touch screens are burned by the sun and is difficult to read.

I regret I bought a piece of junkthe chargerpoint+. Never connected to wifi. Imposible to use it.

Would give this app 5 if EV ID updated. My new 2024 Honda Prologue is not on list.

$7.00 per kW at a Hilton hotel charging station. Was charged $21 for what should be $1.50. I rented an EV to test out the experience. Car was great. Getting charged 14x the going rate felt like I got taken advantage of. I imagine an EV is in my future. I’ll avoid chargepoint. Why would you make this a negative experience is beyond me. Shame on you

So I have 2 phones a Pixel 8 pro and a iPhone 15 pro max. The Android app works good, but the IPhone app has never really worked for the most part. It rarely ever keeps logged in. The nfc to open a public never works. It always works on my android. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. It log you out just as you log in which makes no sense. It’s really delayed in liking for a charging spot too. It’s just not good at all. Please improve as most people only have one phone and this probably eliminates majority of your customers to use your system.

had to download for a quick stop. wouldn’t really work on my 2008 toyota camry. gas tank ended up catching fire when i tried to plug it in. my car then exploded and killed my wife of 48 years. other than that it was pretty good.

App becomes sporadic and not able to connect to charging machine. I have to call to get connected.

I’m so tired of having to have an account for everything. I’m so tired of being forced to use apple wallet. I don’t want this garbage. If I can’t just pay with a credit card at the point of sale, you re doing it wrong. Never using this app or their charging stations again.

This is a helpful app with lots to offer. I just don’t understand why I have to wait until 10:00 AM to join the waitlist? Why does it have a start time?! Seems pretty stupid.
