Chatime Societea

I didn’t get any email to verify my account (of course I checked junk mail). I tried many times on different days with different email addresses and I just never get it, so I can’t earn points 🙄

I am repeatedly logged out or receive other errors. The app is incredibly slow. No points earned for drink ordered via the app.

Tried using the app for the first time to place an order ahead. Freezes repeatedly, had to re-enter information more than once.. froze at the end after I put my credit card information in so it was unclear whether my order was submitted. So frustrating and such a waste of time!! Deleting immediately. Won’t be visiting Chatime as often without an order head feature. Bummer.

Ridiculous how bad this app is

TL;DR: completely wasted my time in this app that can’t even check out and have to order at cashier. It’s slow but eventually make it to checkout. No Apple Pay but whatever, I’ll add my credit card. Fill it in and click Add then nothing happens and if freezes, tried multiple times and it freezes each time. Find alternative in Settings and add card in Edit Payment, seems fine. Go back to check out and it STILL requires me to add my credit card.

I am a bubble tea lover however since this new app was developed, I have not been able to place a Chattime order off of the mobile Societea app. Prior to me deleting the app to try to reinstall it, the order would not fully go through as it would spin and not complete the order. Now since removing the app, I have not been able to download the app again as it is still spinning. I am disappointed and would like to know how I can have the problem resolved. I am using an iPhone 13.

I cannot believe how terrible this app is! Like holy **** for a company this big they cant invest in a good simple app!? This app will try your patience. Im ready to give up chatime!

Something happened to the app and it just gets stuck on processing order. Please fix

i have completely stopped going to chatime because this app is so useless and the line is always too long to order in person. this app literally made me switch to coco as my primary bubble tea place because their app is at least functional. super embarrassing for chatime to have such a janky app :(

The app is so hit or miss if it will work or not like it's been 3 years PLEASE just fix it??
