Nothing works in this App. If you have an international Airline you should have an well doing online Service / App.

No chance to switch language settings to English. Would expect that, when starting the App first time. App removed totally. Hopefully all data , too, because I agreed to a lot of screens without knowing all the time what they are asking me.

Lost my baggage…

Nothing works in this app, every work flow leads into a dead end, super frustrating for international travellers.

注册那护照和邮箱注册的，结果要买国内航班说我没留手机号，得去留手机号，要留手机号又说我没留身份证，得先拿手机号验证身份，搁这鸡生蛋蛋生鸡呢？六个国内地址一直说我的邮编不是六位，天王老子来了数也是六位。md定个机票要给人定心梗了

用护照注册时， 如要添加手机号，会因没有身份证而失败 如要添加身份证，手机号为空需添加手机号。 无限循环下去。 很多功能是需要身份证的，比如开通积分钱包。因此无法使用，积分浪费。

horrible....want to be an international company and have no English Version....horrible !

No English version .. We should have at least check in options and seat selection in English .. previous version was bad but alterst had English to do the check in .. How can a sky alliance member not have englisch version!!!!

I‘d like to use the app for bookings and travel on domestic flights, but it’s waste a lot of time for translation of pictures. No English! The information about the App is wrong! Dear programming team from China Eastern, think of you international customers! This lead me alway back to Air China and other airlines.
