东方航空-机票预订航班查询

1.想看自己的机票订单，在“我的订单”里看不到，必须选中“机票订单“才能看到 2.无法改签 改签里app显示当日无可选航班，而官网上显示有航班，最后需人工服务得以改签 3. 无法添加已出行航班 无法选择历史日期 4.app里联系客服用户体验很差

I booked a flight on 3 Feb, it checked me in to a flight on 4 Feb. WTF??????????

For something international, they have not full functioning English app. Never travel in this unless you understand their language.

I can not find how to turn the app into English.

Here you can clearly see, China Eastern is a poor airline. It pretends to be catering to international and non-Chinese traveled as well, but fails to deliver a multi-lingual app. If you look at China Southern, they have an English app as well. Much better airline if you ask me!
