التطبيق يفتقد للتصميم الاحترافي وبه بعض المشاكل ولا يقدم خدمات كثيرة ايضا التطبيق لا يدعم تسجيل الدخول عن طريق ال Face ID يمكنكم التواصل معي اذا اردتم تحسين هذا التطبيق

Now you can access CIB banking services on the go and manage your finances anytime and anywhere!
• Register for Mobile Banking using the method that’s most convenient to you (Account number, passport number, national ID number, debit card number, or credit card number)
• View account balances, credit cards, deposits, loans, and mutual funds
• Easily transfer money to anyone, anywhere, and make donations. You can also schedule one-time or recurring transactions
• Pay and settle your or someone else’s CIB credit card
• Book a certificate of deposit or time deposit, and open additional accounts
• Submit new checkbook requests, block lost or stolen credit cards, dispute credit card transactions, subscribe to e-statements, replace your cards, apply for a loan and a credit card, etc.
• Activate your OTP token
• Use the currency calculator
• Find the nearest CIB ATM and branch to you

خدمة زفت
أنا استعمل الثلاث ارقام للفيزا جيدا ولم اخطئ نهائيا ولأن يوقف الفيزا ولابد ان اذهب للبنك ازاي وانا خارج البلاد في فوري ومن الصبح مكالمات دوليه وسنتواصل معاك وفي الآخر يقولي تواصلنا ولم ترد وهم لم يتواصلوا انصح بتغيير البنك نفسه

No Face ID login
I don’t know why there is no Face ID login !! Even NBE app has this feature!!!
App is good technically
The app is simple and good technically but as a design wise it looks disgusting and doesn’t represent that cib is a Class A bank it looks poor and outdated even the background photo is pixilated.. allot of other banks would win cib in this
Add Face ID
It’s inconvenient not to have face ID log in in the app till now
Great app but No Face ID!!
I have been using the app for a few years. Latest updates did deal with many handicaps. Face ID is just one more challenge to deal with. It’s a shame that Egypt’s largest bank doesn’t utilize this technology.
