I cant use faceid to login Other mobiles can use touch or face id Please help us

Face id not working thats so annoying

I don’t know why there is no Face ID login !! Even NBE app has this feature!!!

The app is simple and good technically but as a design wise it looks disgusting and doesn’t represent that cib is a Class A bank it looks poor and outdated even the background photo is pixilated.. allot of other banks would win cib in this

It’s inconvenient not to have face ID log in in the app till now

I have been using the app for a few years. Latest updates did deal with many handicaps. Face ID is just one more challenge to deal with. It’s a shame that Egypt’s largest bank doesn’t utilize this technology.

لا يوجد بصمه الوجه و لا يوجد استرداد للشهادات و لا يوجد قسم للمدفوعات و الفواتير لا يوجد تحويل لحظي ipn في التطبيق.

نرجو اضافه بصمه الوجه للتطبيق

لا اعلم ماذا يحتاج لان يقوم بنك بخدمة عملاء متميزة او على الاقل متوسطة

Every time i try to login it keeps showing an error that i need to contact technical support It used to work just fine before
