I used my member ID and was not able to register. I tried to call their number while i am here in Australia and nothing workd!

The app dev team should be ashamed for releasing such a terrible product. It’s a half-hearted web app with slow UX & difficult-to-use UI. Cigna is a disgrace for offering this
Slow to load. Terrible UX. Can’t even go back after opening a statement of benefits.
Just a website, not an app. But worse because there’s inadequate navigation buttons. E.g. can’t go back after viewing settlement letter.
Dealing with Cigna is frustrating enough, but at least the older version of the App was fast, clear and made claim lodgement easy. This version is very slow, unintuitive and annoying. The old version defaulted to the camera to upload receipts: this one requires hunting around for the camera as it defaults to upload an existing image. Not impressed.
Great search function. You search for previous claims and nothing comes up. I don’t know who is looking after your app and website development. But it’s going backwards. To think your app and web page couldn’t get worse but it did. Fix the search issue for previous claims! Ridiculous
I can’t believe that in 2020 this app doesn’t have basic features like Face ID login and the ability to add my ID card to Apple Wallet. I would delete this app if I could, but unfortunately I need it because Cigna is my employer’s insurer of choice.
Every time you sign into the app, you’re required to authenticate via pin sent to your mobile however, for a family account the pin can only be sent to a predetermined number, which could be different to the family member making the claim or trying to read a secure email. Requires the registered mobile number owner to send authentication code to claiming member. Very frustrating.
I could select the photo of invoice to upload but then I couldn’t upload or move to another screen. Only option was delete. Sooo frustrating. I then got stuck on another screen with info on submitting the claim and couldn’t get out of the page. It is just stick there. Honestly it is not that hard - make an app which works! Seems like a way to frustrate people into not submitting their claims!
Can’t read my inbox. Messages won’t open. Also, what are the processing times of claims? Takes too long! Waiting since months...
