Circles.Life Singapore

I got an Australian Circles.Life SIM, but apparently the related app is only available in the AU Appstore. Quite strange, as they're selling in a stall at the airport's Arrivals hall, so mostly to tourists (read: people that are registered in other Appstores). And they also sell long-term contracts requiring the app to manage. This is either very shortsighted or a scam to get tourists to pay for months after they've left the country. I fear the latter....

Got an Australian sim card and not able to sign in the app because it’s only for Singapore simcard?? When trying to contact via facebook AND email they inform that I contacted the Singapore helpdesk and send me back to the website where I get directed to the same channel again. Running around in circles and planning to change providers.

Bought a $28/20GB SIM card in store yesterday and using the App trying to activate it. SIM card not valid. Can’t use the live chat because I’m not a “customer” yet. Still no reply on my email. Frustrating. Won’t recommend.

The apps stuck only to 1 account! I cannot login to my 2nd acct

Customer service takes forever to reply, been two weeks since I requested to change my plan and no reply has been heard from them yet. The only thing that was good about this was the data gacha you could get from accumulated points, but now that has changed and the data gacha has been removed. The other gacha there are all also fully redeemed so there’s no point to collecting points for the rewards. They also charged me for roaming even though I didn’t purchase any roaming plan from them, and couldn’t find out how to reach them to file for a chargeback. It used to be good, now it’s horrible, changing telco soon.

Simple issue should be fixed easily. Stop forcing subscribers to go via the chat, when it would be easy to do on the app.

how come this function is remove? this is the reason we stay connect as circlelife user. such a pity. got to lose a customer and more soon.

Just don't get this. Why are they showing movie tickets rather than my subscription? They have a great product but it's unbelievable they have such an illogical UX.

The app don’t even have termination function. Why I call their hotline on April30 to terminate my plan, they still billing up to now and it’s totally scam.

Too much of things inside it became bugs bugs bugs cannot LIVE CHAT cannot send email.. NOT AS GOOD AS BEFORE
