app is completely useless. I have to use it because of the student residence i’m in, but if you have the option choose not to, for your own sake.

This app is completely broken and doesn’t let me add to my balance. There is also no option to add to your account through the computer so if you can’t do it through a phone or you don’t have a phone, your pretty much screwed.

I only use it because I’m forced by the student hall where I live in. The price for a simple wash is £2.70, which is absurd, especially considering that the public is mainly composed by students and the machines where I live are poorly maintained and don’t even let you choose warm water. The app doesn’t work well even when there is wifi or 4G. Also, the minimum top-up is £5.00 so if you only need more £0.05 in your account to reach £2.70 and do your laundry or only want to do one washing, you’ll have to WASTE (yes, it’s a total waste) at least £5.00! And be careful if you are tired of waiting for the app to work at the launderette and decided to switch to card: you cannot transfer your balance from the app to the card and you’ll hardy be able to make your account go to £0.00 in the app first. So you’ll end up losing money!

Money randomly leaves my account, half the time I can’t log in for days as it says login in forbidden, a wash for almost £4 is a joke on the lowest setting and your clothes don’t come out smelling of your laundry detergent literally coke out smelling of dust, £5 minimum to put on which is ridiculous especially when it’s the end of the year and I’m gonna have money left on the stupid account please for god sake fix your app

stopped using this stupid app favouring my mate who had a washing machine for a couple months but I know I had about a 5er on there saved for emergency drying or something, in the meantime changed phones and suddenly my balance is on Exactly 0 🤣🤣🤣 Absolute joke

Such a poor app and service I genuinely don't know why uni accommodations still use it, always problems with machines, payment, and pretty much everything about it is poor and barely working

Regularly faulty, had to creat a new account and lost the funds in the first account. The whole system at my accomodation stopped working at the end of the term which meant I could not do my laundry and would lose remaining funds in the account. When they occasionally work, washing comes out wet from the dryer.

What’s the point of using the app if it won’t start the machine?

Minimum £5 spend is stupid rule and can’t even take your money out
