Worst app ever
Made disappear my balance from my circuit account several times for NO reason, so many bugs, not reliable AT ALL, i just can’t deal with it anymore.

Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a mobile app that's as easy-to-use as our washing machines and dryers! The Circuit Laundry app lets you top up your Circuit app account* in seconds, and then you're good to go... just turn up at your nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, scan a machine's QR code and select the programme you want to start - job done! Your credit will be adjusted automatically so you'll always have your circuit account balance to hand. No need to stay and watch your washing.
Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a countdown** that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.
* Please note that your Circuit app account is separate to your laundry card account you access from the Circuit website. If you haven’t used the Circuit app before you will need to sign up separately on the app. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to your Circuit app account and vice versa.
**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G, 4G or 5G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can see how long is left on your chosen cycle and get on with other things instead of waiting in the launderette.
By downloading this app, you agree to the following T&C's:
You accept that you have a non-exclusive licence to use the app. You agree not to copy the app or infringe our intellectual property rights in the app.
The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00. Your payment will be processed through a Payment Provider and Circuit will not hold any card details.
You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit by emailing us at [email protected] with details of registered email address, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount of credit purchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded. No refund will be given on balances of less than £5.00. Refunds will incur an administration charge of £3.00, which will be deducted directly from the refund value. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the purchase. No refund will be processed for any free credit or voucher top ups. Unused credits will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Please see our website www.circuit.co.uk for more information.

Piece of sh.t of an application
How can you have a chain of laundries all over the uk and not have one decent app. I just can’t wrap my mind around it.
Just awful
When this app works, it’s fine. But when something goes wrong… Boy, you’ll have to spend 20 minutes in the laundry room waiting for it to finally do anything. Firstly, sometimes it refuses to recognize machine codes, which is just the last thing you need when you’ve already loaded a full washer. Secondly, when that happens, the only thing that helps is logging in and out. And when you do that, it often just won’t let you log in, telling you to “try it again in a few minutes”. Thirdly, resetting your password takes AGES. You’re gonna be waiting for that email forever, if it ever arrives. Overall, just simply awful. Really wish there was an update improving the user experience because it’s absolutely no good at the moment.
This will give u grey hairs and you will probably punch ur nan in frustration
Thank u for this app for showing me the amount of negative emotions you can experience simultaneously over washing socks . Once u go to uni, especially in London this app becomes one of the 3 horsemen of student debt . Nearly a tenner for one load of washing ? Jesus Christ. But don’t worry , your frustrations won’t end there . If u do manage , by some miracle to top up this abomination, you will enjoy the most expensive 30 mins of soapy water of your life and have the amazing chance to fling ur laundry into the dryers that never work and leave it half wet and smelly so u not only feel like a broke ass b*tch but look and smell like one too .

If you can go about life without using this app, do it! Simply a useless, time wasting affair to download this app

Just rubbish. I would rather wash my clothes in the nearest river.
Worst laundry app.
Worst app for laundry. Problem on top of problem. If, for some unknown problems your card is not accepted, there is absolutely no way to top your account except of asking someone else. Ridiculous.
Small disadvantage
There is only one bad thing I can say about the service. Their payment system is awful, I have never succeeded in topping up and still cannot do laundry.
You suck
Spent over an hour trying to pay for my laundry with 3 different cards (one of which I’ve used before) and nothing. Disgusting service.
