Circuit Laundry

It’s not about the app. The machine is literally bad. There have been several times I need to pay more than 1 cycle to dry my clothes. One time (£3.4) should be enough to dry my clothes but it is not. I don’t recommend any business or accommodation to use Circuit service. I need to raise the machine issue which occured about 2-3 months. They should regularly check the machine performance. Overall, I am literally disappointed.

I have a very frustrating problem to log in to my account via the app, even I reset my password correctly, and try to re-log in it again, it just keeps saying like, “Forbidden”, I have already tried to reset it a few times, or even register with my other email, it has got the same issue while I log out and try to log in again…the developer team should have been replaced for real. I do not understand why the hell is it so difficult to make a decent stable laundry app that is very-friendly and dependable for users…

The app always has problems with the washer and dryer at City Point Coventry. When you press start the machines don’t start. Please help fix this problems as soon as possible.

Please always update your app I have problem, cannot login to app. Please fix it create some forget password button!!!!!

I can’t even top-up my account in the app! A major improvement needed!

The pretentious to be (high-tech) makes everything worst. So many steps to be able to use the machine, plus by adding money into account is super annoying with all the bugs from the this app and PayPal. All and all, this is a terrible app, terrible service. This doesn’t make life easier as the technology should be, this system is the total opposite.

Terrible app and disgraceful company

Money randomly leaves my account, half the time I can’t log in for days as it says login in forbidden, a wash for almost £4 is a joke on the lowest setting and your clothes don’t come out smelling of your laundry detergent literally coke out smelling of dust, £5 minimum to put on which is ridiculous especially when it’s the end of the year and I’m gonna have money left on the stupid account please for god sake fix your app

stopped using this stupid app favouring my mate who had a washing machine for a couple months but I know I had about a 5er on there saved for emergency drying or something, in the meantime changed phones and suddenly my balance is on Exactly 0 🤣🤣🤣 Absolute joke

Such a poor app and service I genuinely don't know why uni accommodations still use it, always problems with machines, payment, and pretty much everything about it is poor and barely working
