Pathetic App
Perhaps the worst app, as well as the worst mobile banking, I’ve ever encountered. Have attempted to use the mobile deposit feature numerous times without success. There’s always an error message, and even Citibank does not recognize the error message. I’ve never encountered these difficulties with any other mobile bank apps. Citi is quite the analog company, and they should be embarrassed.
Idiotic, backward app
One of the least intuitive and user friendly app I have ever encountered. Mainly trying to use it for mobile check deposit so I don’t have to keep going to the bank. First it took weeks for the remote mobile deposit to be implemented, then once it’s set up, I had to struggle through the phone tree to get someone who can walk me thru making the deposit because guess what, the reason why I can’t make the deposit is bc I have to select my account via a link that doesn’t look like a link, then toss a dice to see if the app would accept the check that I just took a picture of, and maybe 70% of the time it will go through on the first try. Since Monday, the deposit icon cannot be accessed so the one and only purpose I use this app for is rendered useless. Tech support wasn’t even aware CitiBusinessMobile can do remote check deposit. Go figure.
Useless banking app
This app is one of the most useless and frustrating mobile experiences. Impossible to login. Impossible to update credentials. Unintelligible instructions. Just overall a horrible experience.
Absolutely garbage!
Forgot password doesn't work. It emails you a temporary password but you never receive it. Now I enter my pin code and it does nothing. I cannot get to the next screen. And because I can't do that, I cannot generate a code so I cannot login from a computer too, you need that code to login. This bank is absolutely garbage. Customer service people are all from third world countries. They barely speak and understand English. You have to explain to them several times to make them understand what your problem is. I'm switching to US Bank. This is a joke.

It’s 2023 and this is the best you got Citi! Thanks but no thanks. I’ll be moving on to a serious bank. I can’t in good conscious leave my hard earned money with a bunch of amateurs.
App is good nothing else is
App works fine. However I have been told on 2 occasions that citibank is going to call me within 72 hours to fix my bill pay problems and no one ever calls. So, I call citibank back speak to another representative that can’t fix my problem and they tell me again someone will call me within 72 hours. So far I have spent 4 hours on the phone and still can’t pay my bills properly.
I own a business, if I treated my customers this way I wouldn’t have any. If I were a stock holder I would sell my stock now, instead of waiting for you to be the next bank to fail. I already am in the process of moving 1/2 my money to another financial institution.

Can’t log in because the keypad for entering your User ID is just numeric - no way to enter letters.

Don‘t use Citi!
I opened a business account in Citi one month ago and closed it by myself today. It’s a nightmare! I just want to make wire transfer online but nobody knows how to do that. I was a ball kicking back and forth between their phone service and local branch. This is the worst business bank service I ever used. Stay away from them!
Fake rating
This is a fake rating, the app is not functioning, nobody cares to fix it but somehow they manipulated the rating of the app, do not even bother to use this antiquated piece of crap.
A waste of time
Citi bank shall be ashamed of itself, this app is very hard to set up I also went to a branch and no one seems to know what to do, this is very frustrating to it's value customers , get it together or I'm going to another bank
