Cleanster - Book a Cleaner Now

Jobs cancelled twice and now they’ve gone quiet while holding my money for nearly a month. By all appearances this service is a scam.

App was easy to use but the service was appalling, my job was accepted 15 days prior to the cleaning date, I check with the company assuming all okay 9 hours before job was due and was told there were no available cleaners . I would not have known this if I hadn’t asked

I tried cancelling my membership plan after my cleaning appointments were either rescheduled or cancelled last minute through no fault of my own. I reached out to customer service to vent my frustration with the experience and requested to cancel my membership without incurring the £40 fee, which I thought was unjustified here. I’ve only received responses like “we’re checking your request and will confirm” it’s been 3 days and they still haven’t cancelled my plan. It’s like being held at ransom for something that wasn’t your fault and it’s totally unethical for a business.

Their service was awful. I asked the cleaner to leave early without cleaning any of the bedrooms. Do not book via this app!

The app was easy to use and the booking process was seamless. Within a few minutes of stating what I needed, the booking went through and I was talking to the person coming to clean. On the day she arrived on time, clarified what I needed, gave consideration to the fact that I was working and left everything in place and well cleaned. The app was a little buggy - I got a notification saying that the clean had been completed hours before it was due to start. But it was quickly resolved when I notified Tidy app’s help desk, who quickly resolved the matter. I enjoyed the service and would happily recommend it to others, I used it for a one time service this time and now feel confident booking it has recurring service.

I’m not good at these type of reviews. With that said, TIDY is great. The vendors I have used have been outstanding.
