CONNECT - CrewLounge AERO

The app looks like it provides many great features, but with the free demo account, you’re restricted from actually downloading a roster to test these features out. This is disappointing as I have been having trouble with the roster app I’ve been using and am looking for an alternative that works, but would be required to pay the $23.99AUD cost for a one-year licence, which defeats the purpose of having a free trial.

Downloaded and paid for full version of app, roster won’t automatically download and populate into calendar. Support admitted problem their end and after months of not working refused refund. Had to get refund through apple.

They say their code can no longer support all the updates/bug fixes etc and so there is now no longer any airline integration. No mention of it being fixed so there’s little point to now. Shame because when it did work, it was really good. I can’t even manually upload my roster. This was from them:- “ As many of you have noticed, CrewLounge has changed a lot over the past few years. The quicker the app has grown, the more quick fixes we have had to make, and our code can no longer support it. Unfortunately, the integrations with airlines has stopped functioning. We are very aware of the impact this might have on your use of the app and are very sorry for the inconvenience it may cause”.

Can’t get app to automatically download. Customer support admitted fault at their end but won’t issue refund for subscription. Nose ignoring emails. Avoid.

I just need to work out if there’s a family and friends app like my old app, but very happy so far!

Tried to try downloading a roster. Tells me I need to pay for an annual subscription before I can even try this. Tried to leave a outport recommendation, told me I need to submit a website or Facebook link to do this, which I tried both of and neither work.

A few issues but sorted out fairly quickly. Airlines are constantly changing their systems and login security...... so I think that is part of the problem and they don’t always advertise what they are changing!! The support people are genuinely interested in getting problems sorted ..... and you cannot ask for more than that ! Well done.

Had a few issues logging onto my crew portal through the app but their customer support was fantastic. Seemed the culprit was I needed to to select the slow connection option so it wouldn’t time out. Now I love the app, it syncs with my calendar and gives me my crew list with just 1 press of a button. Definitely a keeper!
