Not happy with this new version! Loads of bugs and issues! Have contacted support they have failed to fix problems! Really miss crew connect there was never a problem with that app

Possibly the worst roster app I’ve ever used. They took what was an amazing app (crewCONNECT) and turned it into a slow, glitchy and completely unreliable overpriced app. (Would have paid double to continue using CrewCONNECT!!) They have tried to over complicate and glam up something that just needs to be simple. The social media aspect is completely unnecessary and the aviation pic a day serves no purpose. If anything the picture aspect slows down the app because if you are on airplane mode (in flight) and try to view your roster for the first time that day it won’t let you because it has no internet connection and prioritises downloading that days picture over granting you access to your already downloaded roster. Certainly won’t be renewing my subscription. Switching back to RosterBuster.

I only used the CrewCONNECT app to check for changes to my roster without being forced to acknowledge them but this new app doesn’t even allow that. It constantly asks to confirm changes or cancel and when I press cancel it fails to download the roster. Very messy app and poorly constructed. *I will not be sending emails to the support team to rectify the situation as all problems should have been rectified before the app was released.* My verdict: Avoid for now

The problem has been fixed now I retract my last review. The developers do everything for their customers, as I have had much contact with them by email to fix this and they did ASAP. Highly recommend this app to anyone.

Really messy and too busy. Won’t automatically show my roster when I open app, have to go into “my roster” on some busy screen with some cheap photo of an air hostess on it. Roster sync is super slow and also messy. Direct login takes longer and also doesn’t load a lot of button options on Aims pages. Not happy. Missing crew connect

This app is a joke. Lately they stopped providing support so one can’t properly download the roster. I had just paid full subscription and they haven’t refunded me, even though they promised they would. Terrible customer support.
