It’s kicking me out

The game is amazing, but I just recently got this phone and for some reason the game keeps kicking me out at random times and it’s kind of annoying because it’s happening multiple times per day

Cookierun kingdom is a very fun game i really like it but it always has new updates and still the crashing hasnt stopped please fix it its so annoying

Good game except some problems.

This is one of the best games to exist, without doubt. Original well-written characters & storyline, lots of game modes & things to do, fun events, it’s not just focusing on your kingdom. Although the game itself is a masterpiece, I do believe there could have been better rewards & more stages. It becomes boring for those that have finished it quickly, and rewards are also not good. For example, it’s very hard to get costumes with the chances in the gacha and the lack of available rainbow cubes and many other materials are harder to obtain if you don’t spend money. Additionally, characters are hard to obtain since they either have very low chances or need their own currency. This game also seems to be in favor of p2w players which is shown especially in the arena. With all the constant updates & change of the so called “meta” it is impossible for f2p players to keep up. Most meta cookies are either legendaries, beasts or super epics which are the rarest and hardest to get. The problem though doesn’t end on getting them, because you have to build them all using a huge amount of resources only for the meta to change quickly. Other than that, the game is very well made & I recommend it 100%

Sure, it might crash or lag sometimes, but we have to appreciate the graphics. The game is so well made, so I don’t think a little crash there and there is worth losing a star. Luv ittt

Complaint

So, i recently did a 10 pull, and i was supposed to get 2 legendary cookies, but the game immediately crashed and once I logged back, i already had 10 cutters less. Does this mean I won’t get the legendary cookies? Because I had already done like 150 pulls before that and I wouldn’t want it to all go in vain. Also, i have never encountered such an issue with other games, so if this is a technical problem, I suggest trying to fix it, because its really annoying to have to log back again and again. Thank you for your time.
