Cant access decor shop
On someone else’s account the decor shop wad unlocked at kingdom level 15, but i am on level 20 and still unable to access the decor shop. How am i supposed to get decor points when i cant decor anything???

Glitching and being kicked out of the game
Hello here , I have been playing crk since 2020-2022 and redownloaded it in 2023-2024 , there’s been a problem ever since I started playing it again , for some reason after like a minute or so I would get kicked out of the game/app for no reason at all , it may be my storage space but I’ve seen someone who had the similar problem with this.. I love the game and all but just needs some bug fixing on getting kicked out of the game. Thanks!
Cookie Run Kingdom Devs need to fix THIS.
I’ve been playing this game a for two or three years, I have a question on why starter cookie run kingdom people always get lucky but whenever us Cookie run players, we never get it I can say a example: my brother just played the game and got Frost Queen but I haven't gotten her yet. Another example is getting the Beast Yeast, mystic flour cookie. I see so many people having it but it’s just UNFAIR. Very UNFAIR because, they only spend 3,000 diamonds and get so many lucky things while we spend our whole collection of diamonds. Us players yet haven’t got it, that’s why you REALLY need to fix this. This is really bothering me a lot. I still love this game but you only need to fix that and give Cookie run kingdom cookies the same luck. It’s really just unfair, and also if you play in the harvest festival and have MORE points than everyone else yet you still place second. THIS is extremely unfair as we tried our hardest to even reach that rank. I hate this game and will almost never play this game.

recently my phone became so hot playing this game after the last update, usually it's not as hot, i'm playing at 30fps
