Count.It

I downloaded this as part of a challenge set by PT. It just not want to read my fitbit tracker/app. It connects to the apple health but apple health does not synchronise/ read steps from. Fitbit either. I have tried everything they suggest, made sure the correct permissions are given, even deleted tye account and tue app and started all over again but no!

Love this idea and when it works it’s great. However, the concept is really let down by the implementation of a poor app. Synchronisation is very flakey and from time to time it completely disregard your cycling distance.

Won’t sync my steps or even go past loading screen

Have followed all instructions and it doesn’t sync . Health app shows steps etc and yet count it shows nothing . Rubbish

Good idea but often very slow to update.

This is an awful app. When you press sync, nothing happens. And also, count.it imposes a deadline for uploading your activity, meaning activity is disregarded if not uploaded in time. But you can’t upload it in time because the sync doesn’t work! So the whole point of the app - comparing step count with others - is flawed.

All this app has to do is read the steps from the Apple Health app and sync them to the cloud. This fails more often than it works meaning your score on count it is always less than what you’ve actually done. Unacceptably bad.

After the last update the app completely stopped to work... my data are not sync any more. Can you please fix it?

What a joke, it did rant collect data, when it does the data is incorrect. App crashes and re-installs don’t resolve the issue. The website is just as bad, how this ever got off the ground I have no idea and how it became vaguely popular with corporate wellness schemes beggars belief as it’s so shocking bad at what it does. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I can download the app and sign in, it sends some data to the server but then it just crashes and keeps crashing if I try to reopen. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help either
