There is no store in the app. On the website it says that there is. Also I bought a product from you and received warranty registration. I can not even register my device,its not on the list in the app

Auf der Webseite wird mit 5% Rabatt geworben wenn man Artikel über die App kauft, Käufe sind über die App nicht möglich. Absurd

Theoretisch gute App, leider werden die Rezepte nicht übersetzt. Generell beim Übersetzen in der App und online werden sehr komische Wörter generiert.

Man kann bei dieser App nur Geräte via Bluetooth/Wlan hinzufügen , die man aber noch gar nicht besitzt, sondern kaufen möchte!!! Ein großer „Distributer“ verkauft Create gar nicht nach Österreich! Also wie, bitte, komm ich an diese Produkte???

Grundsätzlich top, nur blöd wenn man nach der App Installation die Homepage über Google besuchen will, das sich Automatisch die App öffnet!!!!! Und die App is leider nicht benutzerfreundlich dafür geführt das man leicht/offensichtlich in den Shop kommt! Der Shop sollte in der App grundsätzlich meiner Meinung nach mehr priorisiert werden… Weitere find ich es in der heutigen Zeit bzw. auf dem Stand der Technologie schade das das Licht des Ventilators nicht dimmbar bzw in ein paar heliugkeitsstufen verstellbar ist…

They promote there „Thermomix“ like cooker but don’t allow you to get online recipes! There service is either instergram pinterrest or facebook!!!!! Whole company is not prepared to do anything but everything costs a lot of money !!

i‘ve set the right country, but prices are still shown in pounds. Somehow I can‘t find my shoppingcart. Why are there recipes? Weird combination - feeling like Alice im Wonderland.

Since last update the app is available only in Spanish - I didn’t choose this language. I want English or German back!!

Ya que no es un dispositivo Zigbee estándar, quiero un control más eficaz. La luz cambia de temperatura y el ventilador cambia de velocidad si se enciende o se apaga. La aplicación es lenta y no deja modificar a penas nada.

Im not able to connect the devices. although there is a QR Code, but the QR code Leads so another app download and then you can’t add the device because there is no control lamp at the ceiling fan neither is there reset button. So it’s really not possible to Donnerstag anything there. Furthermore, there is no contact address, no email, no phone number - INCOMPETENT!!
