After downloading, no matter which prompt I click on the menu (Sign In, Register, Continue as Guest), it says “An error occurred”. Can’t set up or use the robot.

Ceiling fan and working fine but cannot connect to App despite following instructions. Pulling my hair out.

I can’t change the language!

Wireless on off setting don’t work

1) payment screen shows two options for pay by card, and does not accept UK cards so you have to pay by Apple Pay,PayPal or Klarna. 2) There is no way to contact these people. The form is the worst and there is no knowing if they have ever received my emails. 3) the ‘confirmation’ email they sent off the back of the order I placed through this app was missing my postcode and city. FYI no courier can locate a house with just the first line of the address. The whole app is just clunky and doesn’t function like a normal app should.

Good ap for controlling devices. Would be be 5 stars if it also worked with Apple Siri.

I tried the app to get my discount but couldn’t find the item I wanted. The search button doesn’t do anything. Very hard to use

Not easy to navigate through and find orders

Would give it 0 stars if that were possible. Doesn’t even connect to the robot, have tried everything even to the point of manually entering settings to connect, but when the robot emits it’s own Wi-Fi signal for connection, the app doesn’t recognise it. No way to change it so just have up as a bad job.

The app stopped working today and the Netbot cannot find the network. Fail.
