Pipedrive – Verkoop-CRM

I am a fan, but the latest update crashed a couple of seconds after launching.

If you pay for a year (we did for some years) and you stop because of circumstances after two months, they will charge you the full year ‘because it is in the terms and conditions’. Awfully client unfriendly.

Lost the ability to search Pipedrive through the app. Since the update you can no longer search for notes through the search bar

I love the tools they deliver as a browser app, but no notifications option for new e-mails or other deal updates in a iOS app? A 2021 sales app can’t without it. I can’t believe in all those years they didn’t implement that feature. Also no support for e-mail within the app. Only from your personal accounts on your iPhone or iPad. So the app is useless for replying on the road. Only to see what your colleagues do within the deals. 5 stars when you fix those important features. For now 3/5.

Although pipedrive could be very useful, on a daily basis the software has unpredictable bugs. It intervenes with daily work. On average a person loses 10-20% of its working time to issues with Pipedrive. I have been working 8 months with the software and the bugs never seem to stop. It is just too much problems

Have been working in Sales for over 20 years. Have seen dozens of CRM applications. Every sales guy hates to update CRM systems/admin, but PD makes it simple and easy. Best CRM application I’ve seen so far.

Makkelijk in te richten en eenvoudig te gebruiken. Ontwikkeld zich steeds verder wat betreft functionaliteit. Levert een zeer professionele ondersteuning op waardoor alle activiteiten in beeld blijven en de verwachte omzet goed is in te schatten.

It’s easy, simple and handy to use.

Aardige app, maar ik zie geen toegevoegde waarde t.o.v. de webinterface en begrijp niet waarom de app geen pushmeldingen over nieuwe deals of berichten geeft?
