CRM sales tracker by Pipedrive

Pipedrive bills for a higher number of seats than being used even on a month to month flexible plan and won’t remove unused seats from an account despite repeated requests. Unethical business processes and poor customer service for issues that shouldn’t exist.

I’ve used many and this one is the best so far

I have been using Pipedrive for over two years now and could not work without it, definitely my most valuable resource. Pipedrive makes me Reliably Persistent with customer enquiries and tasks, which results in sales.

Pipedrive is perfect for small business. It's low cost and super effective to motivate sales staff to book their next action. I recommend Pipedrive all the time to those looking for a straight forward CRM that is easy to use and fast to set up.

The iPhone/web hand off is beautifully crafted. It's smart and intuitive. I've rated it 4 out 5 because I still haven't exploited the true potential.

Just does everything that you need it to.

This is the second time I've used pipeline, in two different companies over the span of four years. It was easy to understand, implement and even migrate a massive amount of data into Pipedrive. Impressively easy to export data, also. It's hard for me to suggest improvements because I'm still discovering new, wonderful features that are changing the way that we work. I still need to get the hang of bulk editing and some other features, but if I can't figure that out with their documentation I'll try technical support. Seriously, great work folks. You nailed it.

Pipedrive's ease of use and task orientated nature means that activities don't fall through the cracks. I am now a much more effective employee and a much more successful salesman.

Simplicity rules!!!

They created an automation for my that had some bugs snd did not work fully. I asked for help and they were not willing to male a zoom call or fix it for me. Extremely disappointed
