I love using Pipe drive as a CRM. It is such a powerful tool and does so much. However there doesn’t seem to be a way to integrate the ability to create Docs straight from the IOS app? This causes heaps of issues for work flow and productivity (what the app is meant to be great at)

Would be good to be able to add an expectedly target for a deal then automatically have it reduced as the customer spends

You keep no records, your support team is lacking even a basic IQ level and not once have I ever contacted support and actually had help the lead to a resolution and it takes so long to get “engineers” to look at a basic back end coding issue that it’s midnight on the time zone and some moron emails you to tell you that you lied about your issue and didn’t disclose everything and you have to show them and then they act like mutts for being sworn that for their incompetence

Fast & intuitive on browser but slow data sync has plagued my experience on the app

After extensive research on Pipedrive I decided to trial it out in full mode - all bells and whistles and integration. It is quite clunky and needs some basic enhancements and isn’t as intuitive as it could be. I’m still persisting with the trial to get a proper assessment I’d it’s the right tool for our small but global team. For the smartphone app, this is ok but also lacks a few obvious features. Also not as intuitive as it could be.

When I log in it sends an authentic new email to my gmail. When I click on the link the email opens a link to PipeDrive on my browser, which is invalid. Therefore I cannot use the app.

Good app, although the boot up time on the app is usually between 10-12 seconds. This makes it really annoying to use for a quick phone call.

iOS app useless. Filter on active deals owned by me is so wrong it’s rediculess show old closed and does not show recent open....Will never use again
