Pipeline is a blast. We are 4 people doing sales, we used to use google spreadsheets to manage our sales pipeline. It was a mess. Then we tried Zoho and Salesforce, it was waaaay to complicated. Pipeline is just the best for us now.
I really like the browser version, and the app is decent. Although accurate syncing is a huge problem. The absolute killer for me is how bad the support is. It’s among the worst I’ve seen. If changing CRMs was not such a colossal headache, I’d be gone already because of the support, or lack thereof.
