This app is free and in like 1 or 2 weeks I got abbs it’s amazing now I keep doing it every week. I’m so thin and it helps a lot. This is the best app. I’ve been searching for hours by finally found it and it’s for boys and girls. My brother downloaded this app one and here has six pack.

The reason I give this all stars is because you can lose so much weight and you can easily gain muscle mostly abbs

I really wish they would get rid of the commercials because I can not afford the yearly app. How ever this is my First day. I feel good. I Only used the 5 minute work out and my stomach is telling me I am out of shape. I hope this helps me have a better core. It will take months but I have to do something. I am not getting any younger.

I like the actual app but am not at all happy that I suddenly have ads again even though I’ve paid for the app.
