I have spent day after day on their app trying to figure out how to cancel, texted them multiple times with no responses and emailed them with nothing. I contacted the attorney generals office and showed them this total scam company.

Just gets stuck on blank screen when you go to edit/select items for the week

Clicking on the Collections tab leads you to a spinning icon and never loads the page. There is no way to see all the product offerings. I must go to the web if I want to choose from the whole collection. Special event for getting a free item in the app only never allowed for a free item to be chosen. Can only customize one shipment at a time.

Super clean and healthy. I feel like a new person after starting this meal plan. Everyone should do it.

I’ve come to rely on them over the past month to feed me since I’m holed up working on a months-long creative project. Veggies are bomb: I look great, I feel great….. but they forgot 8 out of 24 items this week, so they obviously don’t have any packing QA protocol. I’ve made a commitment to them to purchase every week, I would ask in return that they be responsible with their commitment to deliver the food. Schedules are really important for some of your customers!

Agree with the spot on review discussing issues with rating system — love/hate is insufficient. Also, unable to submit entered text comments on app ratings. The app functionality is broken here. In terms of the food, mostly positive things to say. Would appreciate lower sodium options.

Food is fantastic and easy. Overpriced but worth it for the convenience. That said only every other box is correct. They literally screw up every other box. 2023 they had to refund me for 15 boxes because they came melted. All other screw up me are missing items or wrong items. They will credit you back but only the cost. They do not care about what you paid on shipping or the fact that you actually wanted, and expected considering folks use this planning purposes, zero accountability. Can’t wait for a better alternative so I can stop given these folks my money

The supermarket that I work at just started carrying the line. I was very excited. I fell in love with all the flatbreads that I tried tomato, basil, portobello, mushroom and artichoke and spinach all through your fabulous! In fact, I think within a months time I probably bought about 10 of each, they were so good that I had to go to another store of ours to grab the tomato basil because we ran out. I wonder how that happened lol. I love the harvest bowls I get two meals out of them. I love the mushroom grits. I’m obsessed with that. What did you put in it? That makes it so addicting, the creamy broccoli is great, asparagus risotto is my second favorite. I just recently ordered my first box and she get it this Wednesday. Looking forward to it. The reason why I only gave you four stars and not five is because the sodium levels that you have are so high that you need to adjust it especially people with high blood pressure or diabetes like myself, plus you need to trim down the fat content. I mean you’re promoting healthy living.

I just want buy food as needed. The subscription model has resulted in a lot of waste because I’ll forget to skip and boxes are delivered when I’m out of town. They make it really difficult to pause your plan or delete your account.
