Constantly freezes or crashes when trying to view video (live and saved) will also disconnect from the camera wifi which is annoying. Wish you could view saved files anytime without being connected to camera

Camera might be great but I don’t know because the app simply will not connect to it

Just purchased the camera and started using he software. Looking at all the bad reviews, it is actually a great little camera that is good value for money and the software does what it needs to do.

When adding an new device on IOS, after go to wifi settings and come back the page just not working.

How the hell do I install the DDPai mini 5 dash cam without a live view in the app? The camera itself seems ok but no live view is ridiculous. Fix your problem before you sell more products to others!!

The camera I have is fine, the video is clear etc However… Previously an update last year (2021) broke preview and playback unless the mobile data for the app was turned off (I can deal with that.. it doesn’t need mobile data), but it was still useable. The latest couple updates seem to have broken this even more!! I can’t even connect to the camera anymore via wifi unless my mobile data is turned off ENTIRELY, it just thinks and then does nothing. Once mobile data is disabled, I can connect and preview footage fine This is so broken. I should NOT have to entirely disable my mobile data to view the camera and footage. 😒

While the Mini5 seems to be working and photos can be taken and viewed and it appears to be recording and storing video the video cannot be viewed on iphones with latest updates.

Developer Need to update the app to able to view live video.
