i didnt receive my package, ive gotten an email from depop after a FEW WEEKS (after contacting them not that they would do something on their own) that my package is probably lost and that they are sending me money back. I never got the money back. I opened a chargeback with my bank. THEN they asked me aggresively threatening to ban my account 'why did i open up a chargeback' i ve written a response, a week later i ve written an email that i still didnt receive my money nor my product and how dissatisfied i am with this non existing customer care. THEY STILL DIDNT RESPOND DONT BUY NOTHING THERE.

no help received from support while seller ripped be off on 2x shipping cost!
While I posted negative comment on sellers page seller reported it and they removed it WITHOUT asking me to provide evidence. While I sent screenshots- SILENCE- no one to support! see email! investigation without investigation and asking for evidence - thats tha quality od DEPOP!!!
