i didnt receive my package, ive gotten an email from depop after a FEW WEEKS (after contacting them not that they would do something on their own) that my package is probably lost and that they are sending me money back. I never got the money back. I opened a chargeback with my bank. THEN they asked me aggresively threatening to ban my account 'why did i open up a chargeback' i ve written a response, a week later i ve written an email that i still didnt receive my money nor my product and how dissatisfied i am with this non existing customer care. THEY STILL DIDNT RESPOND DONT BUY NOTHING THERE.

no help received from support while seller ripped be off on 2x shipping cost! While I posted negative comment on sellers page seller reported it and they removed it WITHOUT asking me to provide evidence. While I sent screenshots- SILENCE- no one to support! see email! investigation without investigation and asking for evidence - thats tha quality od DEPOP!!! We are writing to let you know that your account has been flagged for leaving untruefeedback for another user. Upon investigation, the feedback was found to not be an accurate representation of how the transaction progressed or how the other user behaved. Please remember if you are having a negative experience with a user or a problem with your transaction, we're here to help resolve any issues and prevent things from getting worse!
