Seriously have been waiting for this app to become better for THREE YEARS and it’s just been the absolute worst to use. It’s extremely laggy and crashes 24/7, and instead of them trying to fix it, they focus more on boosted listings and HUD updates. I don’t care what the app looks like IF I CANT USE IT. It’s also a joke to ask for an EXTRA 8% on listings that are boosted when the app runs like garbage. Where is that money going? Additionally, you get 0 visibility unless you want to use boosted listings, and on top of that, they don’t even work properly. You’ll see boosted listings beside their original ones or the original listings before you even see the boosted listing sometimes. Also just realized they got rid of the 48-hour sale button, which I thoroughly enjoyed, so add that to another tick in the “why would you do that?” box. Would also love if they somehow made offers binding because I’m tired of receiving offers and never actually seeing any results from them. I put my time into it then don’t get paid. They should be binding or we should be able to turn them off on specific listings. Also, why is my “new from your sellers” at the BOTTOM of an endless page of “recommended for you”?? I don’t care what’s recommended for me, I want to see the people I follow. I miss what Depop used to be. Please at least make it actually function instead of focusing on what it looks like.

Prices are what they are but it seems now you cant even get a couple like on an item Never mind selling it with out paying for the visibility.

Everytime i try to log in it says my account has been suspended and i should have received an email, i also have never broken any rules to have my account suspended. however i never have received any email and when i tried to reach out to customer service i was basically told there was no way to fix it. So unfortunate!

I used this app a few years ago to sell some vintage cloths and it was great. Reinstalled today and it won’t let be back into my account. Keeps telling me I have to reset my password but then they never send me a link to reset it, even if I select the forgot password option. A little annoyed I’ll have to make a new account now. Hopefully the app is as good as I remember it being and it’ll be worth it.

so Depop is like, now my fav app. it has such cool clothes and I like how it asks you what type of clothes you like so if ur going for like a softie vibe you can adjust it to that, instead of getting a mix of that and like hot topic stuff. anyway, I’m proud to say I love this app, and it’s like thrifting but you know before you go into the app what there is. you can find literally everything on here, and I hope to buy from here someday soon. One thing, I saw a review from someone four years ago about scammers so yeah that’s just one thing you have to be careful about, but it’s kinda hair to get scammed on here. stay cool! (5 stars, lots of pros, one con.)

i like depop, i find a lot of good clothes in there, but be careful. a girl scammed me out of $240 for a hoodie. she had me pay $140 including the shipping and tax and then told me her paypal was locked. then told me she’d refund me and told me to send her $112 on etransfer. a few days after she deleted her depop account and her instagram. just be careful because i just lost a lot of money from horrible people.

Depop's technology to screen listings for counterfeit, or 'bootleg' as they like to say, items fails to identify legitimate versus fake. Additionally, the customer support team refuses to review any evidence you've provided to support an appeal, despite your diligence and willingness to provide what's requested.

adding a comment section or review area would be great love this app otherwise please don’t add any adds

I signed up and was literally banned for no reason and they can’t give my any explanation as to why I was banned when I contacted them.
