This app demands too much update its not good

When I try to login to this. The app keeps asking to update every time. I am puzzled why do I update the same app over and over again. Is it not enough to update the app once in 6 months or a year? It should be known that not everyone has the availability of internet all the time to update the app.

We can’t upload our documents from this app. Always shows error. App will logout automatically while using by saying time out. Close this app.

While I open the app it’s showing started option only existing option not moving up Iam unable to log my account please fix it

I was inquiring about Salary Transfer but the customer service instantly rejected me

Am new to dib i opened my account online using app now its how many days i didn’t receive my debit card and no calls from bank too yet i try to call helpline its also useless too i tried the live chat option guess what the same its always showing that ita busy and they will connect and it never happens i waited like 45 mints i dnot know what type of services they r providing really disappointed

They need to change their whole bank system app really terrible

The bank charges for minimum balance maintenance is not an acceptable option. We are not earning much high salary to pay every month charges and to keep balance of AED 3k.

Very bad customer care help is dib.
