They claim that you can open an account in minutes, but they do not tell you that you will need to wait 2 hours to update your information every year. They also have a queuing system where it priorities people with more balance in their account indirectly telling you that your time is not as important as theirs. Also some staff made the visiting experience unpleasant.

The app is not optimized for smartphones with small screen size like iPhone SE, iPhone mini, iPhone 7, etc. I cannot even access anything in the app.

Need to improve the application. Specially sending money

Adding a beneficiary & sending money is like a climbing Mount Everest in DIB app . Why it is not easy , fast and convenience like other banking apps and money transferring system . Other banks are taking seconds to add beneficiary & transferring money , but DIB 😰😰😰

You can’t reach their customer service anyhow If you need help they don’t care about it

My debit card was block on more than 6 months , toom many times contact with the customer service but till now I didn’t get any solution

I had created a saving account. But until now account not activated. I call them. I went to branch and talking many agents. But no one concern about this matter. All are telling we will send a mail. If your opening a account better to branch and open a account. Bad experience i open a bank account to my salary but until now account not activated.

Disappointed by the customer service at Sh Zayed road branch, more than 10 people waiting and counters are closed or employees just chit chatting . It’s sad to see a bank at this age and time so backward , nobody to even ask the customers what they are waiting for .
