Updated issue for new version
My DIB app is not working now .not updating also what can I do ?
Updated software issue
Why the new updated app is not working. I tried too much. But I didn’t find the login option. Only for new accounts option is there... Please check it.

Excellent .. Team have done a great job in achieving the caching mechanism. The turn around time for the pages to load which are already accessed once was drastically reduced increasing the overall performance of application. Accuracy of transfers is 100% for all my international fund transfers. I always use app instead of website. Thanks DIB team.. keep up the good work for more features to integrate...!

Need to improve the application. Specially sending money
beneficiary & money transferring
Adding a beneficiary & sending money is like a climbing Mount Everest in DIB app . Why it is not easy , fast and convenience like other banking apps and money transferring system . Other banks are taking seconds to add beneficiary & transferring money , but DIB 😰😰😰

My debit card was block on more than 6 months , toom many times contact with the customer service but till now I didn’t get any solution
