The app showing that the store already accepted the order and finding a courier for my orders then arriving time pass by the app didnt show anything that the driver or courier accepted the order or deliver it after a minute my order was cancelled by the courier and said i didnt arrived at pick up area or cannot contact me but there were no details of chat or call on the app its showing only waiting for the courier to accept and now i still need to pay coz the courier have waited too long? Like yow ur app is late or what my internet problem still cannot contact the courier that how did that happen for just a minute nothing change on the app showing for deliveries or the courier accepted it

Can’t access my DiDi

It says Didi is not available in my area. I am currently in Chifeng China. How is it not available in my area when everyone here is using Didi. I’ve been trying to input my address and the location where I will go but it doesn’t show up. Annoying

Estaba esparando un DiDi cerca del aeropuerto y por más de 1 hora se la pasaron cancele y cancele el viaje

De repente se borró de mi aplicación la información de mi tarjeta y no se a donde puedo dirigirme para corregir la situación

Hoy pedí un viaje, el monto estimado era de 34 pesos, no hubo tráfico ni se tomó una ruta alterna, de hecho llegamos minutos antes de lo estimado y el precio final fue de 97 pesos, cuando hice la aclaración en la aplicación me resolvieron que ese monto estaba dentro de las tarifas permitidas, fue un viaje de menos de 2 km de distancia. Uber si hace las aclaraciones y es un servicio muchísimo mejor y más barato, deberían de cambiarse a Uber.

De todas las veces que he pedido viajes en DiDi, cada vez que me aceptan un viaje y se acercan a la ubicación, los conductores cancelan, y me pasa hasta tres veces en el mismo rato
