I’ve been trying to request a ride since yesterday it’s always saying “coming soon” why ? I’m in Port Elizabeth South Africa

Such a useless app i just downloaded and try to put my number they saying too many attempts how come i try downloaded it right away and it my first time

Downloaded the app tried to get access but it’s not allowing me, even after I’ve deleted and reinstalled it again. Very frustrating !!!

Good, have good security for facial recognition as proof you the real owner using it, amount per kilometer will okay, in fact DiDi come back to South Africa I won’t mind marketing it for you people. Best so far my respect

I enter my cellphone and it says too many attempts try again later. Strange🤔.... I only tried once. I honestly think it’s ridiculous

The Didi-Rider App definitely doesn’t work on my iPhone device. When i try inserting my mobile number it says “Too Many Attempts Please try again later”. I’ve tried numerous times over a few days… I even deleted and reinstalled the app but it gives the same error message. Please revert back to what the problem is and fix it.

As the title says, the app doesn’t work on these devices. On iPad it says “Too many attempts, try again later”….on the first try….on iPhone it says “Network error” on both LTE and Wi-Fi with perfectly working internet connection. Please fix

Tried logging onto the app but when I put in my number for the first time it says too many attempts.

I bought a new phone and redownloaded the DIDI app onto it. It was working perfectly on my old phone however upon redownloading the app it said it doesn’t go to my location (home address) and that they would expand there soon. This was very confusing since there was never an issue before and made the app unusable to me.

I once requested Didi and it said the driver was 10 min away bear in mind I waited for an 30 min now still saying the driver is 10 min away and didn’t even move so I cancelled the trip and they charged me 50 rand for cancelling the trip and I wrote them an email explaining everything and they didn’t even get back to me I mean now what they did to me is fraud people please watch out for Didi is a fraud this app
