Confusing and how do we complete setting it up??

I keep getting renewal notifications yet it won’t let me renew
I’ve done everything it says in order to renew, but it just goes round in a loop, so still getting notifications to renew. No proper instructions / help. Hopeless waste of my time.
Absolute rubbish!
I have tried so many times …. I’ve given up! It just goes round and round in circles. I have requested to reset password but it doesn’t seem to want to. Guess it’s not that important to do this. It just doesn’t work!

Would give 0/5 if possible. Absolutely useless
Useless and confusing to set up and use
Trying to change from one phone to another and it won’t allow me to change my full account so I have to keep my old phone to log in to important websites that need the code
How has this got 4.3 rating?!??
I haven't seen a genuine review that gives this app more than 2 stars and yet it believes its average rating is 4.3. Also the app is terrible. Support is even worse. What a waste of government money

Takes forever to send through access code, by which time the session times out and you need to start again
