Worst Disneyland in the world
Too many technical errors
1. Checked in Disney bay club. Took 50 minutes at counter to check in & after walking 10 minutes to the room finding both keys are not working need to go all the way down to validate.
2. Too many rides have technical issue on the same day which causes the queues to grow even longer even a premier pass will have to wait.
Technical rides: the train ride, peterpan, fireworks.
3. Just imagine kids waited in the cold for hours for the fireworks and it’s technical issue without notifying. The fireworks suppose to start at 9.30pm and until 11pm there is no fireworks. Everyone’s legs are cramped up.
4. Trust me the disney brand should look into tarnishing their brand for Paris operators. It’s a shame to pay for such price and get such a service and return. I will definitely not recommending to any friends and family to visit Paris Disneyland.
Annual pass functions not working
App design is gorgeous but not efficient. The overall app user experience is good, but not great. For example: the header is taking up quite some real estate and could be used more efficiently. The central bottom menu is called “Explore” but has as main purpose showing the map. “Map” would feel like a more intuitive name. A lot of elements feel misplaced or not in order of importance for park visitors.
The main problem however is the annual pass capabilities. Tested this feature on iPhones SE, 7, 8 and 12 pro. All on latest iOS. Non were able to add my annual pass in my account. Wile logged into my pass-holder’s account, as soon as you click “add annual pass” and select the pass type, it crashes, only showing an error wreck it Ralf image. This page remains in this state even after reboot. Only solution is a re-install.

A quand un système de Logan et de sauvegarde d’identifiant qui fonctionne pour ne pas avoir à se connecter toutes les 20 minutes?
Surtout lorsqu’on veut faire une réservation il faut se connecter 2 fois…

Franchement cette application est d’une autre époque quand on la compare à celle de Disneyworld y’a de quoi s’en inspirer pourtant. Obligé de se reconnecter toutes les 5 minutes quand il faut pas attendre des lustres pour pouvoir s’y connecter
Accès conditions
Impossible d’ouvrir l’application à cause des accès de politique ou il est impossible de descendre la page pour valider bien dommage …

Une application indigne d’un groupe comme Disney
On lance l’application et on se connecte.
On veut faire une action (réserver un billet ou un restaurant par exemple) il faut de nouveau se connecter puis pour finaliser la réservation hop.. une nouvelle fois il faut se connecter le tout dans une lenteur.. digne du 56k.
Ce n’est pas une application juste une interface du site. Le résultat est catastrophique. L’expérience client est exécrable.
