DJI GO

App continually crashes and some of the video editor features do not work. Videos don’t play back in editor or show blank. Please fix

This app is appalling! The apps features look great, and have great link up with there Osmo 2 which I’m using. But to edit, create or even save a video recorded from the app is next near impossible as it crashes continually. Very poor from DJI on this part as if it worked fully I would give this a 5 star rating. This really need to be sorted out!

I just bought an Osmo mobile 2 and the app is just so frustrating! It inhibits me using the full potential of my Osmo. I’m so surprised at DJI and kind of disappointed that they fell down on such an easy thing! So I wouldn’t recommend buying an Osmo mobile 2 because of this issue with the app constantly crashing!

Since I updated to IOS 11.2.5 I can no longer fly the drone. What’s the point of having one is I can’t see. Cop on and fix it please

Hasn’t crashed yet while using it with Osmo Mobile. But constantly crashing and shutting down when in the editor. On iPhone 7

Can’t use my DJI osmo Mobile as the app keeps crashing. Every time I lose my footage. So frustrating. Using latest version of app on iPhone 7+

Ok so I got two phantoms standard. After 2 weeks one broke, to be more precise compass/gps fault. The second one working so far but latest app update is not working on iphone 6s plus, there is only camera view and no top/bottom bar with icons.
