I love it but sometimes when I try to do a video it doesn’t let me so that is a solid 4/5

Useless app. Couldn’t register for it. Accepted my email now sends emails in Chinese with no unsubscribe option. Meanwhile the app just does not work.

So far I can’t get it to work It keeps asking for my e mail And telephone number then it says it can’t recognise them

Says it all really. Unable to sign in or create a new account. All mechanisms for resetting passwords or creating a new account are totally broken, so can’t progress any further. Utterly useless app, rendering my device equally as useless. Bravo DJI.

This app is very very dodgy for many reasons. I’d severely recommend staying away from it.

The app requires location access and local network access? I want to use an Osmo 2 smartphone gimbal which has no Wi-Fi and (until I launch it out of my window in frustration with typical privacy hostile practises) no ability to fly. At most, to operate my osmo, the app needs Bluetooth and photo library access. DJI simply does not need to know where I am or what’s on my local network. Why can’t this be fixed? The product is and continues to be a paperweight as things stand.

Please add the mini 2 so we can be creative. I don’t know why it isn’t there but until then it gets a one star

On iPhone 13 the app thinks Bluetooth is not on when it is. Please fix

iPhone 13 will not connect at all comes up with the same Bluetooth errors mentioned below useless.
