I’m not using the application and have not used the application in quite a while so it doesn’t make sense that the application is prompting us to gain access to Bluetooth. The message looks like this in Danish. “ "Donkey Republic" vil bruge Bluetooth til nye forbindelser Du kan tillade nye forbindelser i Indstillinger. “

The bikes can’t be dropped off near my location (which is not far from the centre, but far enough apparently), therefore they are useless, unless you live in the centre of the city

Haven’t heard from support in 2 days

Setting up payment and all kinds off funny payments possibilities.. tried Appel Pay and it just went on and on with an error.. Ps an QR CODE ON THE BIKE for an link to the app…. heureka it’s like totally new thinking 🤪

Most of the times the bikes are not safe to drive. If you have any issues you have no chance to get in contact with anyone because when you call there is robot taking you through steps and BS. I DON’t recommend! The only up is that there’s more available bikes than with other companies. Overall a pretty unsatisfying experience! So I rather walk 🤨

Be careful with this app. They make a lot of mistaken automated charges in your account. Good luck getting your money back when it happens. At the end of the day it’s cheaper to use scooter apps.
