Drift - Chat & Video

I've been using drift for a few months now and I love the web experience. Responding on the go however was super difficult through slack or the mobile web site. This app has made me a lot more productive on the go. I love being able to swipe a conversation to close it btw so handy, I had 100+ open conversations and no easy way to bulk action them on the web.

Desktop works great, love drift as a product, but mobile app does not work in the slightest. I will get notifications somebody started a conversation and can see what they say but when I go on the app to reply nothing will load

As of last two weeks, sign-in refuses to work.

Been using for years, but it feels like it takes too long to load often times. It has me worried we’re losing customers. I’m writing this review because I hate change and I would rather they just make loading speed a priority. Also it would be nice if we could specify and auto response time that is between the 2 and 5 minute defaults as 3 minutes would be nice, but maybe this is not necessary if we get the notification right away and it loads right away. Otherwise happy with the software.

Amazing product. I haven’t even had it an 1 hour. Worth everything! And easy to setup!

Every time I open the app, I’m taking to the notifications page. Once there, it will load and lock me into that page for nearly 10 minutes a lot of the time. All I need to do for my job is toggle on and go to messaging but more often than not I’m unable to use the app since I’m just stuck on a buffering notifications page.

Horrific app. Never working, does not display correctly. I recommend choosing a different system.

Yall. Please fix your app. Everyone is having the same issues. Yall used to be an incredible company- the best company to use for chat box on websites. My convos dont load and it looks like everyone else is having this problem. What happened to this company?

Recently the app has crawled to a halt. Both loading the list of all convos or going to a specific convo from a push notification. Happy to update this review if a future update helps. But as of this time I am having to go to the desktop instead.
