I can myself using this together with the CS team quite easily

However, whenever I insert saved replies, it will delete whatever was already typed and replace it with the message, vs the web version where it inserts the message at where the cursor is. It will also delete any linked text from the saved reply. It will appear blue and underlined when in the text field, but once the message is sent, all the links will disappear.

I don’t understand why I am not getting notifications in real time. It is so frustrating. All my notifications are turned on. Please help me fix this as I need to service my inquiries immediately when they come in and you all never respond or help me get this sorted. Can you please help me. I never see the notifications until I check my e mail and then it’s too late

You guys really need a better mobile app development process. Your app never works, I am going to move to a different provider since I am unable to answer the chat.

Every time I go to respond to someone it just spends its rare I can ever respond on my phone in less than 60 seconds

I haven’t ever been able to use the app and the website on mobile only directs you to download the app. I have literally lost job leads because this app doesn’t work.

Desktop works great, love drift as a product, but mobile app does not work in the slightest. I will get notifications somebody started a conversation and can see what they say but when I go on the app to reply nothing will load

As of last two weeks, sign-in refuses to work.
